As such, we were happy to help Triton Construction with a recent project on Whitehall Road, Leeds. Triton was working to erect industrial units and external surfaces, so correctly installed, hard-wearing concrete is essential.
Industrial Unit Construction with Triton on Whitehall Road, Leeds
Technic’s experienced team were proud to help Triton create 3 high-quality factory units and associated External Hardstandings to the property in Leeds. The internal surface of the factory units’ concrete flooring came to more than 6,000m2 over the 3 buildings. These factory units included warehouses, offices and upper floor areas. To create a variety of different flooring suitable for the different purposes, we used a mix of steel fiber design and mesh reinforcement.
In addition to the internal surface of these factory units, we also created more than 7,500m2 of external hardstandings. The high-quality flooring in this large, external space will limit the impact of rainfall and ensure the property is easy to access and work on for many years to come.
