Vermont Construction were tasked with carrying out the initial construction on behalf of Manchester Waters. As part of this construction project, Vermont are creating a grand total of 546 high-quality residential apartments set along the riverside.

The Pamona Island Development is part of ambitious project to rejuvenate the city of Manchester with a series of high-end apartments overlooking the river and towards Salford Quays.

Concrete Flooring for Pamona Island Development

Here at Technic Concrete Floors, we were proud to be a part of this ambitious project. In order to create these incredible new apartments and high-end accommodation, reliable and professional concrete flooring was required. Our experienced team installed more than 15,500m2 over two buildings. We had to install the concrete flooring over existing metal decking using a modern steel fiber design.

The concrete flooring that we were able to install will provide many years of reliable service to the Pamona Island Development.
