Our daily workload involves our Site Operatives travelling nationwide to construct floors utilising traditional mesh reinforcement, steel or poly fibres. Our places of work include warehouses, schools, hospitals, offices, supermarkets involving numerous industries, including automotive, retail, production and a rapidly increasing agricultural division.
To construct such a diversity of floors involving work at both ground level or many floors above ground; requires a flexible work force trained in all aspects of flooring, from setting up and preparation through to both the laying and finishing to the highest qualities of tolerance and durability.

As part of our continual development in Health & Safety training, we are pleased to announce our Contracts Manager, Gavin Kinehan has achieved the IOSH Managing Safely At Work status.

Further benefits to our clients have now been achieved through a CRB vetted workforce, enabling Contractors to meet the requirements stipulated by The Department for Children, Schools and Family Guidance.
The company was formed in 2003 and Operates from its Headquarters based in the North West.
The Directors of the company, Patrick Kinehan and Darren Murgatroyd have a wealth of experience in both Contracting and Structural Engineering relating to Industrial Floors, as well as having participated in various Committees of Concrete Advisory documents.
The company was purposely set up to operate without the use of Salesmen, or glossy brochures, preferring to offer a combined management and contractor workforce dedicated to delivering a quality product in a safe efficient and professional manner.
The successful track record achieved since the formation of the company is based on positive communication with our clients and main contractors, establishing a joint team effort philosophy, promoting long standing relationships based on trust and a flexible attitude to contracting, whilst always maintaining a safe working environment as a priority.
Price driven, corner cutting, paper chasing contracting has no place in the philosophy of the company.
The company is now providing a framework for the future that permits long term stability and sustainability, through personal achievement with in-house training and national recognised qualifications in safer working practice, as well as continual investment in plant and machinery.

Technic Concrete Floors Ltd have an exemplary safety record and carry out all our work in line with Health and Safety Regulations. Each Operative is qualified to the NVQ Level 2 as promoted by CSCS and all our Supervisors NVQ Level 3 and Managers are qualified to NVQ Level 5.
