Niamh Kinehan, grand-daughter of Technic Concrete Floors Ltd Director, Patrick Kinehan wins Gold at the IFMA Junior World Muay Thai Championship at Istanbul, Turkey.
Niamh beat off competition to defeat opponents from Russia, Belarus, Croatia and Turkey to secure victory to go alongside her European and Great Britain belts.

Sheffield Market
We continue to construct the new Market Hall along with Retail Units to Moor Market, Sheffield.
The prestigious project was awarded to Technic Concrete Floors Ltd by Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd and involves the construction of 400,000 sq ft of concrete floors to both upper and ground floors.
The project has a demanding 69 week programme and as a contract value in excess of £20 million pounds.

Due to the investment in new plant we are confident that all aspects of concrete flooring required by our clients can be achieved to the highest standards.
Laser screed floors for large industrial warehouses, supermarkets whether ground supported or piled with or without dry shake toppings are now a major part of the Technic Concrete Floors Ltd scope of works.

New Laser Screed
Technic Concrete Floors Ltd are pleased to announce that their new Somero SXP Laser Screed machine is on its way from America and is due at our Leigh Head Office imminently.
The Laser Screed alongside our Somero Topping Spreader will be onsite for its first Laser Screed Project to take place in Scotland in early June 2012.
The arrival of the two new machines will further strengthen Technic Concrete Floors' presence within the UK Construction Industry and broaden the range of concreting services to both new and existing clientele.
Technic Concrete Floors Ltd have chosen the Somero SXP Laser Screed machine for its ability to cast very large areas of pours in a single operation, upto 3,000 m2 daily, improving both programme requirements and minimising construction joints, thereby reducing future maintenance costs associated with such joints.
Dry Shake Topping, both natural and coloured also steel fibre suppressant dressing can be achieved by use of our Somero Topping machine, working in tandem with the SXP Laser Screed.
Due to the Laser Screed's constant levelling reference management system, surface tolerances are optimised, thereby achieving a quality floor with good floor tolerances in all directions.

New Scotland Contracts Manager
Technic Concrete Floors Ltd are pleased to announce the arrival of Mr Lee Fleming as Contracts Manager for Technic Concrete Floors, Scotland.
Lee Fleming will work alongside Gavin Kinehan the existing Nationwide Contracts Manager.
Lee has over 17 years of concrete flooring experience of which he carried out a similar role with Stuarts Industrial Flooring in Scotland, and is a well known and respected member of the Scottish Construction Industry.

Technic Concrete Floors have received Wilmott Dixon’s Health & Safety approval. Technic will now be placed on Wilmott Dixon Construction Ltd database of approved Sub-Contractors.
The company is looking forward to a mutually successful working relationship with one of the country’s leading Construction Groups.
After receiving approval Technic Concrete Floors Ltd secured its first project of 6,000 m for Oldham Academy North.
